Manages daily manufacturing
Overseeing staff schedules
Quality and safety to meet targets
Ensuring efficient workflow by training teams
Monitoring processes
Troubleshooting issues and reporting metrics to management
Acting as a crucial link between the production floor and management
Key duties involve planning & assigning tasks, enforcing SOPs, managing inventory, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining high standards for output and workplace safety
