Oversee daily production operations to ensure smooth workflow and achievement of production targets.
Plan and allocate manpower based on production schedules.
Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food Safety Standards, and company SOPs.
Monitor machine performance, coordinate with maintenance for breakdowns, and ensure minimum downtime.
Maintain quality standards throughout the production process and ensure zero deviation.
Check raw material availability and ensure proper utilization to reduce wastage.
Maintain production reports, shift logs, and daily performance records.
Conduct shift briefings and ensure workplace discipline and safety compliance.
Train and guide operators and workers to improve productivity.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores for smooth operations.
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and 5S implementation in the production area.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of FMCG production processes
Team handling and leadership skills
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FSMS, ISO standards
Basic computer skills (MS Office, ERP preferred)
