Job Description

We're looking for a Production Supervisor who can keep our workflow steady, organised, and on schedule. If you're someone who enjoys taking charge on the floor and making sure every stage of production moves smoothly, this role could be a great fit.

What you'll handle:

Overseeing daily production activities and ensuring targets are met Coordinating with carpentry, polishing, packaging, and dispatch teams Monitoring quality at each stage and reporting issues early Planning manpower and assigning tasks based on daily requirements Maintaining production records, timelines, and job sheets Ensuring safety practices are followed across the floor Working closely with the factory manager on planning and improvements

What we expect from you:

Experience in furniture or interior fit-out production Strong communication and team-handling skills Ability to manage timelines and solve problems on the go Familiarity with materials, joinery processes, and machine operations A calm, steady attitude during peak workloads

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
