Job Description

Operations Management

: Direct and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the plant floor to ensure efficient production processes and output.

Staff Management

: Supervise, train, and motivate staff, manage work schedules, and resolve employee disputes to achieve high performance levels.

Safety and Compliance

: Enforce safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, HACCP), ensure high-quality standards, and implement environmental policies.

Equipment Oversight

: Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot plant equipment, coordinating repairs and preventive maintenance.

Production Monitoring

: Track key performance indicators, set production targets, and monitor progress towards organizational goals.

Process Improvement

: Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, and efficiency through process optimization and strategic planning.

Inventory Management

: Oversee the management of plant supplies and raw materials to maintain efficient operations.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Annamanada, Thrissur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
