Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead production team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets. Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines. Conduct daily shift meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and performance. Maintain quality control standards and ensure compliance with product specifications. Coordinate with maintenance for timely repairs and preventive maintenance of machines. Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to reduce waste and increase productivity.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma /ITI Minimum 3 Years of Experience in Production or manufacturing Firm Immediate Male Candidate
