Production Supervisor

Manufacturing food/FMCG experience

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise daily food production activities and ensure smooth operations. Monitor production schedules and allocate tasks to workers. Ensure product quality, hygiene, and safety standards are strictly followed. Coordinate with the quality control and maintenance teams. Maintain production records and prepare daily reports. Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime. Ensure proper utilization of manpower and raw materials.
Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Food Technology or relevant field preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of food safety standards and production processes.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
