Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated

Production Supervisor

to join our baking team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the

baking or food production industry

and at least

1 year of hands-on supervisory experience

. You will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring quality standards, and managing staff performance on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production activities in the baking unit Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards Monitor and control production schedules and output Coordinate with quality control and maintenance teams Train and lead production staff Maintain records of production and report performance to management
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
