Key Responsibilities: Assist in daily production supervision Learn and perform quality checking of raw material and finished goods Monitor workers and help maintain production discipline Maintain basic production and quality records Report production status to senior management Follow safety rules and factory guidelines Support in reducing wastage and improving efficiency
