Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate production team operations
Ensure production targets are met as per quality standards
Monitor equipment and machinery for smooth operations
Maintain safety and hygiene standards on the shop floor
Maintain reports and records related to production activities
