The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day production activities on the shop floor
Ensure production targets are achieved as per plan
Monitor machine operations, manpower allocation, and workflow
Ensure adherence to quality standards and SOPs
Coordinate with maintenance for machine breakdowns and preventive maintenance
Maintain production records, reports, and shift logs
Ensure safety, housekeeping (5S), and compliance with company policies
Train and guide operators and helpers on processes and safety
Reduce wastage, rework, and downtime
Coordinate with stores, quality, and planning departments

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
