Job Summary:
The Production Supervisor will oversee daily operations on the shop floor for the manufacturing of UPVC doors and windows, portable security cabins, and kiosks. The role requires managing production schedules, ensuring quality standards, coordinating labor, maintaining safety compliance, and ensuring timely delivery of finished products.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily production activities of UPVC door/window fabrication, modular cabins, and kiosks.
Plan, schedule, and ensure execution of production as per targets and deadlines.
Coordinate with design, planning, procurement, and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Optimize manpower and machine utilization to improve productivity.
Monitor quality checks during and after production to ensure products meet specifications.
Enforce safety and housekeeping standards across the shop floor.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide quick resolutions to minimize downtime.
Train and mentor technicians and operators on best practices and SOPs.
Maintain daily production reports and submit performance updates to management.
Ensure proper maintenance of tools, jigs, and production equipment.
Coordinate dispatch readiness and packaging of finished products.
Key Skills Required:
Sound knowledge of UPVC fabrication processes, machines, and hardware
Familiarity with the manufacturing of modular security cabins and kiosks (MS, PUF, ACP, etc.)
Hands-on experience in interpreting drawings and production layouts
Team management and leadership skills
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Strong understanding of safety protocols and 5S practices
Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, and fabrication works related to prefabs
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and ERP production modules (preferred)
Qualifications:
Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical / Civil / Production Engineering or related field
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar production supervisory role
Work Conditions:
Factory-based, full-time role
6-day work week
May involve (paid) overtime during high-demand periods

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
