Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day production operations in the glass manufacturing unit. Plan, organise, and monitor production schedules to meet output and quality targets. Ensure adherence to safety standards and compliance with company policies. Allocate work, manage manpower, and monitor performance of operators and technicians. Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure smooth running of machinery and equipment. Maintain production reports, downtime records, and ensure timely MIS reporting. Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage. Ensure proper quality checks at every stage of production. Train and guide workers on best practices and operational standards.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or relevant field. 3-5 years of supervisory experience in the glass or manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of production processes, machinery, and safety protocols. Leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills. Good communication and reporting ability.
