Production Oversight:
Monitoring chemical reactions and ensuring the production line meets daily quantity and quality targets.
Manpower Management:
Supervising a team of operators and helpers on your shift to ensure tasks are completed safely.
Safety Compliance:
Enforcing the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and ensuring all safety protocols are followed to prevent spills or accidents.
Documentation:
Maintaining shift logbooks, batch manufacturing records (BMR), and reporting any equipment malfunctions to the maintenance team.
Troubleshooting:
Identifying process deviations and making real-time adjustments to maintain product specifications.
Education:
B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry) or Diploma / B.E. (Chemical Engineering).
