Position

: Production Supervisor

Reporting to

: Factory Manager

Adhering to standard operating procedures BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER production.

Oversee production planning and management activities within the organization.

Pre-production arrangements of raw material like green coffee, chicory and packing material.

Determine production requirements based on plant capacity and production specifications.

Plan work flow and schedules for production departments.

Ensuring FIFO for raw material and finished goods.

Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery.

Proper handling of wastage of green coffee, husk, half roasted beans.

Ensuring adequate supply of LPG and Diesel and all the pre-requisites.

Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines.

Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Conduct daily meetings to keep track of production schedules.

Ensure that finished products meet quality standards and customer specifications.

Determine equipment, materials and manpower required to complete production.

Resolve production issues and escalate unresolved issues to management promptly.

Handling and maintenance of all the day to day records related to process and machine.

Training the machine operators and support staff about safety and daily operations

Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.

Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.

Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations.

Prepare and submit status and performance reports.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
