Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechtronics/Mechanical or related field from an accredited institution Minimum 5 years related experience, including 2 or more years experience in managing production team of min. 10 personnel Should have a fair understanding of Wiring Harness assembly process Leadership abilities with strong communication abilities Strong interpersonal skills and display a positive can-do attitude

Responsibilities:

Production Planning: Plan Production execution as per Raw material availability and Resource requirements. Dispatch Plan: Provide dispatch plan to Sales and ensure timely mater. Production execution: Execute production as per defined Process flow, Control Plan and Work Instructions with trained manpower. Checking and Reporting: Measure and control critical production parameters. Maintain production records including product traceability wherever required. Process Rejection Improvements: Maintain In-process rejection data monitoring and reporting Process design and Production layout plan for New Process Development Conduct P-FMEA for new processes and validate the process Identify and implement required assembly tools and measuring instruments Production run trials and cycle time estimation Operator skill-set development training and evaluation Implement continuous process improvement measures Follow Quality Systems and Procedures

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
