Qualification: BE (Mech) / DME

Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 years

Age limit: 25 - 30 years

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Good in computer skills i.e., MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Annual Salary: In the range of around 5 to 7

Lpa depending on the calibre of the candidate and the pedigree of his current / previous employers

Exposure:

1. Monitoring daily Plan vs. Actual in production to ensure productivity meets defined

process times.

2. Ensuring availability of tooling, jaws, jigs, and fixtures to maintain a safe work

environment, shop floor discipline, and proper line balancing.

3. Should have the ability to train the workforce and effectively manage the skill matrix

for operators.

4. Should have experience working in a unit with various types of machines such as

Turning, Turn-Mill, VMC, VTL, HMC, and 4- & 5-axis machines.

5. Preferably with good exposure to sectors such as Oil & Gas, Aerospace, etc.

6. Should have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to implement multiskilling and

1-Man-2-Machine practices.

7. Should have experience in work allotment, manpower management, monitoring

employee attendance, and providing timely reports.

8. Implementing the 5S methodology on the shop floor and ensuring man & machine

safety.

Hands on experience - Conversant with machine operations and controls, and capable of

guiding operators in case of any doubts.

Preferred: Good knowledge to work on PC. Conversant with CNC controls, programming

knowledge on turning / VMC /5 axis. He needs to have exposure to software's like

NX/DELCAM/Hyper mill etc. Focus on process improvement and zero defect. Conversant

with process documents, target oriented. Willing to work in all shifts.

Pay: ₹12,025.33 - ₹60,585.96 per month
