Production Supervisor,

Must have hand on experience in VMC & CNC setting

Key responsibilities

Supervise and manage staff:

Guide and direct production workers, assign tasks, and ensure they follow procedures and safety regulations.

Monitor production processes:

Ensure operations are efficient and meet quality standards, while identifying and resolving any issues that arise.

Manage resources:

Coordinate the flow of raw materials and supplies, manage inventory levels, and schedule regular maintenance for equipment.

Ensure compliance:

Enforce company standards and ensure the workplace complies with all health and safety regulations.

Train and develop employees:

Train new hires and provide ongoing development for the team to enhance their skills and performance.

Report on performance:

Track production metrics and provide regular reports to management on team and operational performance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
