Production Supervisor

Job Description
Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient workflow, quality output, and adherence to safety standards. Lead and motivate shop-floor teams to meet production targets while continuously improving processes using lean manufacturing principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate production line activities
Monitor output, quality, and shift performance metrics
Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
Resolve production issues and support engineering changes
Drive continuous improvement and team engagement
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
3+ years of experience in automotive or manufacturing setup
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Familiarity with lean tools, TPM, and ERP systems
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
