The role of the production supervisor is very challenging and involves direct management of the operations and production in industrial companies as well as manufacturing companies
Responsible for planned scheduling creation and overseeing the adherence and timely completion of work carried out. Increase the site operational effectiveness and improve on project delivery. They need to supervise the production and also to make sure the sanitation of the production area. Delivering the products with care and quality from the manufacturing place to the clients. They are responsible for providing training to the employees.
General Maintenance Management
Oversee production planning and management activities within the organization.
Develop production plan and timelines according to production specifications.
Determine production requirements based on plant capacity and production specifications.
Plan work flow and schedules for production departments.
Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery.
Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct daily meetings to keep track of production schedules.
Ensure that finished products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
Determine equipment, materials and manpower required to complete production.
Resolve production issues and escalate unresolved issues to management promptly.
Assist in employee hiring, training, retention and termination activities.
Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations.
Schedule shift according to production needs.
Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.
Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.
Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)
Prepare and submit status and performance reports
Keep paperwork organized
Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staff
Relevant manufacturing/engineering degree / Professional qualification
Awareness on FSSAI, Factory laws, BRC, HACCP.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in similar industry.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
