Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Supervisor with 1.5 to 2 years of experience to support daily operations and team performance. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of workflow management, strong team coordination skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be responsible for managing production activities, assigning tasks, training new team members, and ensuring efficient operations on the floor.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Supervision: Oversee daily production tasks to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.

Problem Solving: Identify routine issues in operations and apply immediate solutions to minimize downtime.

Team Handling: Support and guide team members, fostering collaboration and accountability.

Monitoring Work: Track team performance and ensure tasks are completed as per set standards and timelines.

Task Assignment: Distribute daily tasks based on team availability and workload priorities.

Workflow & Operations: Manage operational flow efficiently to maintain continuity and avoid bottlenecks.

Efficiency & Productivity: Implement basic methods to improve daily output and optimize resources.

Training & Onboarding: Assist in training new employees on processes, tools, and company standards.

Progress Tracking & Reporting: Maintain daily work reports and escalate key issues to senior management.

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business, Operations, or Engineering).

1.5 to 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role, preferably in a production or operational setup.

Basic knowledge of workflow management tools and reporting systems.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Good problem-solving attitude and time-management abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
