to oversee our manufacturing unit for Paver Blocks and Fly Ash Bricks. You will be responsible for the entire production cycle--from raw material mixing and machine operation to curing and quality inspection. Your goal is to ensure high-quality output while maintaining strict timelines and minimizing waste.
?Key Responsibilities

1. Production Management:
?Oversee the daily production of Fly Ash bricks and various Paver Block designs (I-shape, Zig-zag, etc.).
?Ensure the correct
mix ratio
(cement, fly ash, sand, stone dust, and chemicals) is maintained for strength and finish.
?Monitor the operation of brick-making machines (Hydraulic/Vibrating) and ensure they are running at optimal capacity.

2. Quality Control & Maintenance:
?Conduct regular checks on the dimensions, edges, and strength of the finished products.
?Oversee the
curing process
(water spraying/tank curing) to ensure bricks reach maximum durability.
?Perform routine "preventive maintenance" on machines and molds to prevent breakdowns during shifts.

3. Labor & Safety Supervision:
?Manage and motivate a team of skilled and unskilled laborers.
?Create daily shift schedules and track labor attendance/productivity.
?Enforce safety protocols on the factory floor, including the use of PPE (Gloves, boots, etc.).
?
4. Inventory & Reporting:
?Track daily consumption of raw materials (Cement, Fly Ash, Pigments).
?Maintain a "Daily Production Register" and report the total number of bricks/blocks produced and any wastage/breakage to the management.
?Coordinate with the Back Office Executive for stock replenishment.
?Required Skills & Qualifications
?
Experience:
3-7 years in a Fly Ash or Concrete product manufacturing unit.
?
Technical Knowledge:
Deep understanding of cement hydration, curing times, and chemical admixtures.
?
Education:
Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or 10+2 with extensive field experience.
?
Leadership:
Ability to handle labor issues and maintain discipline on the shop floor.
?
Language:
Fluency in Hindi and local dialects (to communicate with labor).
?Preferred Experience
?Experience in working with
Geopolymer
or eco-friendly building materials.
?Familiarity with different mold designs and color pigment mixing for premium paver blocks.
