Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, motivate, and mentor a team of production staff, including setters, polishers, and technicians, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Coordinate production schedules, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets while maintaining the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Implement rigorous quality control measures throughout the production process to ensure that all jewelry pieces meet the company's exacting standards for design, precision, and finish. Oversee inventory levels of raw materials, tools, and finished goods, liaising with procurement and logistics teams to ensure adequate stock levels and timely replenishment. Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development opportunities to team members.

Qualifications:

Proven experience (5+ years) in a supervisory or leadership role within the jewelry industry or a similar manufacturing environment. He/She should be computer-savvy. Excellent knowledge in Excel. In-depth knowledge of jewelry manufacturing processes, techniques, and materials. Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols within a manufacturing setting.
