Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production in casting, filing, polishing, and QC
Allocate tasks and guide production staff
Ensure timely completion of orders and maintain quality standards
Coordinate with Production Manager & HR for smooth workflow
Maintain discipline, attendance, and performance records
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years experience in manufacturing (Jewellery industry preferred)
Ability to manage a team and solve problems quickly
Good communication and leadership skills
Strong responsibility and work ethic
Job Type: Full-time
