Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production activities for modular interiors
Coordinate with carpenters, fabricators, and factory staff
Ensure timely completion of manufacturing tasks
Manage material flow, quality standards, and inventory
Maintain production schedules and update management daily
Conduct quality inspections of finished products
Resolve on-floor issues and support smooth operations
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years experience
as Production Supervisor (interior or modular industry preferred)
Strong understanding of materials, shutters, laminates, hardware, and modular systems
Good team-handling and coordination skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Basic computer skills (Google Sheets/Excel)
