We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Production Supervisor

to lead our shop floor operations and ensure smooth, safe, and efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily production activities, ensuring targets are met with high quality and efficiency. Coordinate with other departments (engineering, quality, logistics) to ensure seamless operations. Monitor workflow, machine operations, and manpower utilization. Enforce safety guidelines, company policies, and ensure compliance with health and environmental regulations. Train, mentor, and guide production staff to enhance skills and performance. Identify bottlenecks, implement process improvements, and recommend solutions. Prepare production reports and assist management in planning and forecasting. Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and machines, minimising downtime.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
