Responsibilities

Supervise daily production operations and manage staff assignments to ensure efficient workflow. Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations. Implement and maintain effective production schedules and ensure materials are available. Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their performance and skill sets. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to identify maintenance needs. Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and quality assurance, to streamline operations and resolve issues.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred. 6 to 8 years of experience in production supervision within the mechanical industry. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to improving processes. Solid understanding of production machinery, tools, and techniques. Familiarity with quality control standards and safety regulations in the mechanical sector. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
