Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Supervise day-to-day production activities on the shop floor as per production plans Ensure shift-wise targets are met with minimum downtime and wastage Allocate work to operators and helpers based on skills and workload Monitor output, productivity, and line efficiency on a daily basis Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, hygiene, and safety norms Coordinate with QC, maintenance, and stores teams for smooth operations Handle on-floor issues and resolve them in real time Maintain production records, shift reports, and attendance data Train and guide workers on processes, discipline, and best practices Take ownership of shop-floor execution and operational discipline


Qualifications:



Diploma / ITI preferred with 1-2 years of relevant production supervision experience Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, or factory operations preferred * Basic understanding of production processes, SOPs, quality, and safety norms
