Experience Required:

Minimum

6+

in FMCG / Consumer Goods / Manufacturing & Distribution;

(First preference:

Agarbatti/Incense industry experience across manufacturing, sourcing, fragrance, packaging, and distribution. Strong FMCG leaders from adjacent categories may be considered.)

Implement and maintain quality control measures to meet market standards and ensure consistent product quality.

Monitor and control production costs, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to reduce expenses.

Build and manage strong relationships with suppliers for raw materials like bamboo, jigat, perfume oils, and packaging materials.

Build, train, and manage a high-performing production team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and compliance norms, including GST, MSME, and environmental regulations.

Oversee the management of raw materials and finished goods inventory to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.

Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
