Production Supervisor/ Shop Floor Manager Role is vital to Managing and leading Production team to achieve productivity goals without compromising Quality & Safety.

Key Responsibilities -:

Set the Daily/ weekly/ Monthly goals and communicate to team and line manager. Routine check of Production O/P keeping in mind organization standards and Product specifications. Submit Report on progress and performance. Identify bottle neck and suggest improvement. Train employee on how to work safely with M/C and follow procedures. Nurturing a positive and accountable team environment. Set good bench mark in collaboration with cross function team.

Requirement and Skills -:

1.Proven Record as a Production Supervisor/ Shop Floor manager or similar (Similar industry experience candidate preferable).

2. Experienced in using Various Manufacturing tools and M/c.

3. Skill in MS office

4. Good in Communication with self-motivated approach.

5. Diploma in electrical/ Industrial/mech. Will be an advantage.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
