Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage
Maintain hygiene, GMP, and food safety standards in the production area
Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams
Handle manpower planning, shift allocation, and worker discipline
Maintain production records, reports, and daily output data
