Education :Mechanical Diploma

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily production operations and shop-floor activities Allocate manpower and machines as per production plan Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance team Maintain production records, reports, and shift logs Ensure adherence to quality standards and SOPs Implement safety norms and housekeeping practices (5S) Reduce rejection, rework, and downtime Coordinate with QA, PPC, and Stores departments Train and guide operators and helpers

Required Skills & Knowledge

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes Basic understanding of machines, tools, and production planning Ability to read mechanical drawings Knowledge of quality control and safety standards Good leadership and communication skills Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reporting)

Experience

1 to 5 years

experience in production/manufacturing Freshers with strong practical exposure may apply

Pay: ₹30,397.43 - ₹35,919.56 per month
