Job Description

Supervise day-to-day production activities and ensure smooth workflow on the shop floor. Monitor production output and ensure targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines are achieved. Allocate manpower, assign tasks, and ensure workers follow operational procedures. Conduct daily inspections to maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies. Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and planning teams for seamless operations. Maintain production reports, records, and documentation for management review. Ensure machines and tools are in good working condition; raise maintenance requests when needed. Train and guide operators/workers to improve productivity and reduce errors. Identify process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce wastage. Handle shift schedules, attendance, and discipline of production staff.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
