To supervise and operate the granilla production line efficiently by monitoring process parameters, maintaining quality standards, ensuring material handling accuracy, and maintaining safety and cleanliness throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities
Review daily production plan, raw material details and quality report.
Inspect all systems, fittings, bags, labels, and ensure system cleaning completion.
Verify all process parameters.
Ensure proper loading /unloading of material in the machine.
To operate the machine as per SOP, define.
Record readings periodically and maintain respective entries in computer.
To check and maintain process and quality as per pre-defined standards.
Skills & Competencies Required
Basic Knowledge of machine operation.
Computer skills like word and excel.
Ability to analyse technical parameters.
Good communication and documentation skills
Ability to follow safety and housekeeping standards
Qualification & Experience
ITI / Diploma electrical / mechanical /electronics.
2-4 years of technical / operating experience
