The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production activities, ensure productivity targets, maintain discipline on the shop floor, and ensure proper documentation and quality checks.
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise factory workers and ensure production targets are met.
Maintain production reports and update data in Excel.
Monitor attendance, shift planning, and work allocation.
Ensure discipline, safety, and productivity on the shop floor.
Communicate updates with management.
Coordinate with QA, maintenance, and logistics teams.
Skills & Requirements
Strong Excel knowledge (Non-negotiable)
Whatsapp communication proficiency
Hindi/Gujarati/English language
Listening and thinking skills

2+ years

8 AM - 8 PM
