Objective

To oversee and coordinate daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. The Production Supervisor plays a key role in managing shop floor activities, leading production teams, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage production line operations to meet daily output targets Allocate manpower and resources effectively to optimize productivity Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet deadlines Ensure adherence to quality standards and resolve any production issues Maintain safety protocols and enforce compliance with company policies Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff performance Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to minimize downtime Maintain accurate production records and generate daily reports Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives Support implementation of new processes, equipment, and technologies
Qualifications & Skills

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering 3-9 years of experience in a supervisory role in manufacturing or packaging industry Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and safety standards Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Preferred Attributes

Experience in packaging machinery or engineering-based production Hands-on approach with a focus on shop floor excellence

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
