Plan and execute daily production targets according to the schedule.
Operate and supervise Vacuum Forming machines, ensuring smooth setup and changeover.
Monitor machine parameters such as heating, forming, trimming, and cooling process.
Ensure correct usage of tools, molds, and raw materials.
Optimize production with minimum wastage and scrap generation.
Daily documentation: production logs, downtime, quality reports, material consumption.
Conduct regular quality checks during the shift to maintain product standards.
Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdown and preventive maintenance.
Train machine operators and helpers on vacuum forming processes and safety.
Maintain 5S, housekeeping, and safety compliance at the shopfloor.
Support continuous improvement initiatives (KAIZEN, Lean, Cost Reduction).
