Job Description

1) To manage the workload & work distribution of every responsible person in the production department.

2) To ensure the complete monitoring of the following activities:

Material indents Incoming material Material fabrication Instrument material Final Visuals Job Loading/Unloading Final dispatch
3) To check the weight of the plant and update the datasheet

4) To update the production process sheet (stage-wise fabrication process).

5) To ensure preparation of purchase requisition for items like plates, pipes, angle channels, flanges, etc.

6) To provide manpower in the loading and unloading process for FG items and supervise the RM items & Outsourcing activities.

7) To make arrangements for hydro inspection test

8) To ensure and coordinate the maintenance activities for cranes, welding machines, grinding machines, etc.

9) To ensure the testing of plants and final visual check after complete production
