Position Summary:

The

Production Supervisor

will oversee sheet metal operations in the production of heating elements. This includes managing workflows, ensuring production targets are met, optimizing processes, and maintaining quality standards in sheet metal fabrication, including cutting, bending, and assembling metal parts.

Key Responsibilities:

Sheet Metal Supervision:

Manage daily sheet metal production activities such as

cutting, bending, rolling

, and

die-cutting

.

Process Improvement:

Document and optimize sheet metal fabrication processes, driving continuous improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.

Quality Control:

Ensure that all sheet metal products meet quality standards and specifications, working closely with the Quality Department.

Team Leadership:

Supervise and train sheet metal workers, assigning tasks, ensuring safe practices, and providing regular feedback.

Equipment Management:

Oversee the use of

hydraulic press machines

,

manual press machines

,

shearing machines

, and other sheet metal tools. Ensure regular maintenance.

Production Monitoring:

Track production output, monitor for defects, and ensure all tasks are completed as per drawing specifications.

Reporting:

Prepare and submit reports on production progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in

Mechanical Engineering

or related field preferred.

Experience:

2-4 years of experience in

sheet metal fabrication

and

supervisory roles

.

Skills:

Familiar with

sheet metal processes

(cutting, bending, rolling, etc.).

Hands-on experience with

press machines, shearing machines

, and other related equipment.

Ability to read and interpret

technical drawings

and blueprints.

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
