Compensation: 20,000 to 35,000 per month, depends on interview.

Role Summary:

We seek a motivated

Diploma Mechanical

(fresher or early-career) to join as a Production Supervisor. You will oversee electroplating operations, ensure process efficiency, maintain lab equipment, and uphold strict safety standards. Comprehensive training will be provided to develop your technical and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate Electroplating Machines, Supervise plant operations and documentation.

2. Manage lab and equipment maintenance, analysis.

3. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and ensure housekeeping.

4. Conduct pH test and calibrate instruments.

Technical Skills:

Basic knowledge of electroplating/chemical processes (training provided).

Proficiency in lab testing (pH, titration) and instrument calibration.

Soft Skills:

Leadership potential, attention to detail, and problem-solving aptitude.

Strong communication (English + Gujarati/Hindi).

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work in a plant environment (stand, move, handle chemicals safely).
