Job Title: Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing activities, managing workforce, maintaining stock of craft paper and raw material, and ensuring smooth production of corrugated boxes. He/She will play a key role in achieving production targets, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring cost-efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor daily production activities of corrugated box manufacturing. Ensure availability and proper utilization of raw materials (craft paper, reels etc.). Maintain stock records of craft paper, raw materials, and finished goods. Allocate work to operators and ensure optimum workforce utilization. Monitor machine operations and ensure preventive maintenance. Ensure production targets are achieved within set timelines. Maintain quality control as per company standards. Implement and follow safety procedures on the shop floor. Coordinate with purchase, stores, and dispatch departments for smooth workflow. Prepare and submit daily production reports to management.
Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of corrugated box production process. Ability to maintain stock and inventory records. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, ERP preferred). Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualification & Experience

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering OR relevant field. 0 to 2 years of experience in production supervision (preferably in corrugated box / packaging industry). Freshers with strong technical skills and quick learning ability may also be considered.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
