Job Description

We are looking for production supervisor for Sachin Location Surat Preferred from Textiles, Dyes, Ink manufacturing Back ground

Production Process Management:

Oversee the entire production process, from raw material to finished goods, by planning and scheduling production runs to meet demand and targets.

Quality Control:

Implement and maintain quality control systems, conduct inspections, analyze data, and take corrective actions to ensure products meet standards.

Health & Safety:

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote a safe work environment by implementing procedures and monitoring equipment.

Efficiency & Optimization:

Monitor equipment and processes to ensure smooth and efficient operation, identify issues, and develop process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs.

Resource Management:

Maintain inventory levels, ensure the adequate allocation of materials and equipment, and manage resources effectively within budgetary constraints.

Problem-Solving:

Identify operational issues, analyze them, and implement effective solutions to keep production on schedule and achieve company goals. Minimum 4 to 5 years experience is required.
