Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output targets
Assign tasks and monitor performance of production staff
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company standards
Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot production issues
Maintain equipment and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs
Prepare and submit production reports to management
Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices
Train new employees and promote skill development
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production role
