Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the team
Assign tasks and monitor team performance
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety rules, and quality standards
Report operational issues to higher management
Train and guide team members as needed
Maintain documentation and generate regular reports
Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to team challenges
Ensure timely completion of work and targets
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader
Strong leadership and communication skills
Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
Basic computer skills (MS Office preferred)
Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
