Job Description

Supervise daily production activities and manpower on the shop floor Ensure smooth operation of plastic molding machines (e.g., injection, extrusion, blow molding) Plan and allocate resources (materials, manpower, and machines) to meet daily production targets Monitor production output, quality control, and minimize wastage Implement and maintain 5S, safety, and quality standards Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdowns and preventive maintenance Maintain production records, shift reports, and ensure proper documentation Train and guide operators and helpers for better productivity Communicate with the quality, maintenance, and stores departments effectively Ensure adherence to production schedules and timely order completion
