Job Description

Experience: 3-6 yrs

Qualification: B.E., B.Tech, M.Tech- Mechanical , Mechatronics, Production, Instrumental

Projects Planning, Procurement & Execution

o Execution of projects for plant set up, expansion, modernization, installation &

commissioning of equipment.

o Managing activities right from the conceptualization stage to the execution, involving

finalization of technical specifications, tendering, procurement, scheduling, progress

monitoring, erection, testing & commissioning, site management, manpower planning &

liaison.

o Ensuring execution of activities/projects within time & budgetary parameters.

Production Operations

o Managing plant operations for achieving production targets.

o Minimizing bottlenecks for achieving high productivity with better utilization of men,

material & machine.

o Planning and effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various Equipments,

machines and instruments to improve machine up time and equipment reliability.

o Monitoring, mentoring & motivating the team members involved in the development of

a decision support system, used in modification, design, development, automation &

implementation.

o Maintaining MIS/reports for facilitating decision making by the management.

Research and Development

o Developing formulas for new products or for re-formulations.

o Responsible for method development and validation i.e. rigorous testing of the methods

to ensure that they are precise, accurate, reproducible, full-proof" and specific to the

product, etc.

o Writing/reviewing detailed documents explaining about the work and its results, in terms

of product stability.

New Initiatives

o Foreseeing performance bottlenecks and taking corrective measures to avoid the same.

o Executing cost saving measures and modifications to reduce expenditures and work

within the budget.

o Conducting special assignments such as cost reduction exercise, system development,

feasibility analysis etc. to achieve optimum utilization of resources.

o Working on improvement in products & manufacturing process based on market trends

& requirements.

Documentation/Quality Compliance

o Ensuring complete in-process quality control and continuous improvement in process

capabilities.

o Compliance of various quality assurance measures by maintenance of requisite

documentation/records.

o Imparting training to all employees, pertaining to quality implementation and

compliance.

Must Have:

Strong working experience in Manufacturing, Fabrication and Production and Planning

Should have Leadership and Individual approach

Should have strong decision-making ability and able to get the work done in time line.

Should able to maintain EHS, OSHA, 5'S, Fire Safety etc.

Pay: Up to ?40,000.00 per month
