Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Garments Quality Incharge

to lead and ensure the highest quality standards for our knitted and woven garments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes, managing a team of quality inspectors, and collaborating with production teams to deliver garments that meet our brand's excellence standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate with job work vendors to ensure production targets are met. Manage the

cutting master

and

checking team

to maintain quality and accuracy. Ensure timely delivery of job work goods to meet customer commitments. Communicate closely with the planning team to align production timelines with business requirements. Monitor daily operations and resolve production bottlenecks efficiently.

Requirements:

Minimum

5 years of experience

in a similar role within the garment industry. Strong knowledge of production processes, quality checks, and vendor management. Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and external vendors. Proven ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
