Job Summary:

We are looking for a Battery Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations in the battery production unit. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, maintain quality standards, and manage production staff effectively to achieve daily and monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily battery production operations. Monitor workflow, manpower allocation, and shift planning. Ensure compliance with production schedules, safety, and quality standards. Manage production store activities, including raw material issue and finished goods tracking. Maintain daily production and attendance records. Train and guide team members to improve efficiency and reduce downtime. Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams for smooth operations. Identify process improvements for better productivity and cost control.

Requirements:

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any relevant field. Minimum 1 year of experience in people handling and production supervision. Strong knowledge of battery production or related manufacturing operations. Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in shifts and manage a team effectively.

Compensation:

CTC: 20,000 - 30,000? per month (including all benefits as per company policy)
