Execution of furniture production activities as per production planning
Monitor the manufacturing process closely at each stage of furniture production
Efficiently allocate resources including materials, manpower, and equipment to avoid shortage and wastage
Strong knowledge of solid wood furniture
Good knowledge of materials such as wood, plywood, veneer, paint, metal, stone, and fabric/polishing
Ability to understand and work with furniture CAD drawings
Inter-team coordination including carpentry, upholstery, and painting teams for timely execution and delivery
Experience in handling labour such as carpenters, sofa makers, and painters
Supervision of machine area, floor area, and gangway cleaning
Supervision of fitting and assembly
Conduct quality checks at:
1. Raw stage
2. Semi-finished stage
3. Final stage
Furniture shifting and organization
Floor supervision and management
Labour handling
Dispatch and packing management
Client complaint handling
Overall production supervision and checking
