Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the production line for furniture fittings items.
• Ensure efficient and smooth production operations, meeting quality and quantity standards.
• Handle and coordinate manpower, ensuring optimal performance and productivity.
• Analyze production data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Implement and oversee safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless production processes.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in a production supervision role, preferably in the hardware line.
• Skills: Strong knowledge in production processes, manpower handling, and data analysis.
• Other: Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment.
