Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

Production Supervisor

to oversee daily manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing production activities, ensuring quality standards, maintaining safety compliance, and meeting production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the shop floor. Ensure production targets are met within timelines. Monitor manpower allocation and ensure efficient utilization of resources. Maintain quality standards and ensure adherence to SOPs. Conduct regular inspections to ensure machine readiness and material availability. Resolve production issues and escalate critical concerns on time. Maintain production records, shift reports, and daily logs. Train and guide operators and workers to improve productivity. Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a safe work environment. Coordinate with maintenance, QC, and warehouse teams for smooth operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience

as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing/industrial environment. Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment handling, and material flow. Good leadership and people-management skills. Ability to analyze problems and implement quick solutions. Basic computer knowledge. Strong communication and reporting skills. Ability to work in shifts if required.
